Programme - 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training
200 hrs yoga teacher training is an experience of learning, bliss, wisdom and joy. It enables you to have deep understanding and practice all require elements of yoga practice and teaching includes Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Philosophy, Anatomy, Mantra, Teaching practice and building self confidence.
